Isaac's lip

Today was my son's first Cross Country meet, so we walked over to the school to cheer him on. While we were there our 12 year old called to let us know she missed her bus and needed a ride home. I said I would go so I walked back home leaving my husband with the 3 and 5 year olds, a wagon and a few snacks. Before I even got to my daughter's school my husband called and excitedly informed me that my 3 year old had fallen off the bleachers and might need stitches!! Later after getting the whole story when everyone was calmer, I found that he was on the second row and slipped and hit the bench. He took a big chunk out of his lip. In fact there wasn't enough skin to "stitch" together without it looking really funny. It's just a hole! His front teeth were bloody too, which I thought was just from the inside of his lip but they have bled twice since then. Little ones don't like to hold ice on their owies so of course his lip swelled up and the poor little guy looked so pathetic. His grandma gave him $5.00 to go buy Popsicles. My husband took him in to pick some out and he came out still holding his money. My husband said he got all sad when he had to give up his money so he just bought the Popsicles with his ATM so Isaac could keep his money.
